When building a brand, owners often have many ideas but may be unsure of how to proceed. In the case of Hoed Amsterdam, similar to my experience with Maniac, I conducted a brainstorming session at the start of their brand-building journey. As a facilitator, I guided the owner by asking targeted questions and offering ideas to help develop her vision. Through our discussion, she gained clarity and left with a concrete plan, feeling confident to take her brand to new heights fueled by creativity and passion.
